S-OIL TotalEnergies Lubricants Becomes Official Sponsor of Badminton Korea Association to Further Energize the Korean Badminton Scene
S-OIL TotalEnergies Lubricants Co., Ltd. (STLC) and the Badminton Korea Association (BKA) have solidified their partnership through a sponsorship contract signed on July 17, 2023, and will extend its support to the BKA until February 2025.
The signing ceremony took place one day before the commencement of the 2023 Korea Open, in the presence of the Korean national badminton team. This ceremony designates STLC as an official sponsor of the BKA, extending its support to the Korean national badminton team and international badminton competitions organized by the BKA until February 2025.
Patrice Devemy, CEO of S-OIL TotalEnergies Lubricants Co., Ltd, expressed his delight regarding the partnership, stating, "We are thrilled to infuse more energy into the Korean badminton scene through this collaboration. The attributes of performance, precision, and endurance are shared between badminton and our Quartz lubricants brand. With this partnership, we aim to deliver these attributes to Korean sports fans, just as we do through our premium engine oils."
The sponsorship agreement signifies STLC's commitment to energize the Korean badminton landscape and enhance QUARTZ brand awareness through an array of engaging marketing initiatives. As part of the entitlements, the QUARTZ logo will be prominently displayed on the uniforms of the Korean national team, A-boards, BKA's website, and social media platforms and printed materials of international competitions hosted in Korea.
As part of the celebration, STLC extended invitations to customers from the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, providing them with the privilege of witnessing the thrilling badminton action firsthand. This partnership is not only an opportunity to showcase Quartz's performance attributes on the badminton court but also serves as a platform to elevate the brand's visibility and influence among Korean sports fans.
