FKCCI Hosts Internal Seminar and Awards Ceremony to Promote Cohesion and Innovation
From August 28 to 30, the FKCCI organized an intern team-building event aimed at strengthening the bonds between various teams and members.
From August 28 to 30, the FKCCI hosted a three-day internal seminar designed to enhance connections among different teams and members.
On August 28, Valerie Hotton, an ICF-certified coach (ACC) and trainer, led a DISC assessment workshop. This session helped participants understand the different characteristics of their colleagues and learn how to work effectively with individuals of various profiles. In the afternoon, Mr. David-Pierre JALICON, Chairman of FKCCI and CEO of D.P.J. & Partners Architecture, delivered a welcoming address. Mr. Olivier Mouroux, board member of FKCCI and CEO of Asiance, provided practical advice on optimizing our social media presence. Additionally, a representative from Dale Carnegie conducted a Leadership Training course.
On August 29, Sonia CHAIEB, Deputy General Director de FKCCI, led a seminar on the history, values, and vision of FKCCI. Adam Koulaksezian, Executive Director of CCI France Vietnam, also offered guidance on promoting FKCCI services thanks to the Linkedin Octopus tool. Furthermore, a field trip was organized to strengthen connections among members through bonding group activities.
This seminar also provided a platform to recognize the hard work of the FKCCI team through an awards ceremony.

The Best Project Award acknowledges outstanding achievements in project execution, and the Event Team (Lee Seunghun, Chang Yoonhee, Kim Younji) received this honor for delivering an exceptionally successful event with the Bastille Day 2024.
Best Collaboration Award: Park Sora
The Best Collaboration Award celebrates outstanding teamwork and cooperative efforts, and Park Sora received this accolade for fostering exceptional synergy and achieving remarkable results through collaboration.
Leadership Award: Lee Seunghun
The Leadership Award honors exceptional guidance and influence, and Lee Seunghun received this recognition for demonstrating exemplary leadership and inspiring others to achieve their best.
