HOW TO IMPROVE INFORMATION FLOW BETWEEN FOREIGN MANAGERS AND KOREAN EMPLOYEES
Foreign managers need a daily flow of information and feedback from Korean employees to make good business decisions. For this, managers have to make their employees feel encouraged to speak up and share ideas more openly and promptly.
In parallel, Korean employees should understand why foreign managers need them to share information continuously. To do so, they have to overcome hesitations to speak up and give feedback to their managers confidently.
This workshop is designed to resolve obstacles to upward and downward communication in multinational teams. It is offered in two modules, from two perspectives:
Each module is delivered separately for more open exchanges and confidentiality. Both are highly interactive with discussions, exercises and feedback from the instructor.
