Robert Walters Korea won the ‘2021 Job of the Year’ Grand Prize in creating industrial customised jobs for the third consecutive year
Specialist professional recruitment firm Robert Walters Korea won the ‘2021 Job of the Year’ Grand Prize in Creating Industrial Customised Jobs for the third year in a row. The ‘2021 Job of the Year’ award is organised by Chosun Ilbo and sponsored by the Ministry of Employment & Labour, Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, Ministry of Science & ICT, Ministry of SMEs & Startups, and the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family.
Robert Walters Korea received the Grand Prize in the Creating Industrial Customised Jobs category in recognition of its contributions for vitalising employment for domestic talent during the hiring freeze amid COVID-19 by creating valuable connections between the companies and candidates.
Robert Walters Korea has been actively seeking ways to invigorate the recruitment market in response to positive signs of recovery despite the lingering COVID-19 pandemic. To pre-emptively respond to the shifting trends in the recruitment market, Robert Walters Korea has provided career advice on up-to-date topics, including an online interview guide to career transitions in post-COVID. Robert Walters Korea has held various global online webinars to provide career advice on job market trends, a resume writing guide for candidates, and HR insights on various topics, including effective contact-free communication and team-building strategy for remote work. In addition, Robert Walters Korea has actively participated in industry-specific events such as recruitment events for mobile web developers and KOTRA Job Fair for new grads.
