Renault Korea Unveils Limited-Edition Grand Koleos Esprit Alpine Noir

On Friday, April 4, Renault Korea officially launched the Grand Koleos Esprit Alpine Noir, a striking all-black special edition of its flagship SUV.

On Friday, April 4, Renault Korea officially launched the Grand Koleos Esprit Alpine Noir, a striking all-black special edition of its flagship SUV, during a dedicated media event held at its flagship Renault Seongsu store in Seoul. 

Limited to 999 units, the Grand Koleos Esprit Alpine Noir represents the brand’s distinctive blend of French elegance and bold design, with exclusive black accents and sporty detailing. This model is based on the top-trim Esprit Alpine and features a gloss black roof, black 19-inch alloy wheels, and a black grille with satin silver accents, while the interior combines black suede and leather with blue stitching for a sophisticated, modern feel. 

To mark the occasion, Renault Korea introduced the “Think Noir” experience, a themed exhibition running until April 13 at Renault Seongsu, offering visitors an immersive journey into the monochromatic aesthetic of the new model. Among the highlights, guests can discover a laser art installation created in collaboration with director Jeho Yoon, a black-and-white photo zone developed with renowned photographer Byungki Oh, and a variety of interactive spaces including the Renault Othello game and the BYRONIC espresso bar, which serves exclusive drinks such as a signature noir latte. 

Fencing Olympic gold medalist Oh Sang-wook, who was recently appointed as Renault Korea’s new brand ambassador, attended the launch and shared his own interpretation of the “Think Noir” concept, underlining the synergy between his bold, forward-thinking image and the new SUV. 

Through this launch, Renault Korea not only reaffirmed its commitment to innovative design but also strengthened its positioning in the Korean SUV market, with a strong focus on limited-edition lifestyle branding and customer experience-driven marketing.
