Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring an efficient and harmonious working environment. This role involves overseeing administrative operations, coordinating staff activities, and supporting local teams.

 

Main responsibilities:

1. Administrative management:

  • Supervision of daily administrative tasks, including mail management, file maintenance and database updates.
  • Coordination with suppliers and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.

2. Staff Support:

  • Assist employees with administrative and logistical needs.
  • Organization of business travel and management of hotel and transport reservations.

3. Logistical needs:

  • Receive goods, check conformity and quantity and report any anomalies
  • Place orders, store goods and tidy up storage areas

3. Event Coordination:

  • Planning and organization of internal and external meetings

4. Human Resources Management:

  • Assistance in the recruitment process, including preparing job offers and coordinating interviews.
  • Management of new arrivals (onboarding)

5. Financial supervision:

  • Management of office expenses and monitoring of budgets.
  • Preparation of financial reports and coordination with accounting department.

6. Project support:

  • Assistance to project teams in coordinating activities and managing deadlines.
  • Participation in the implementation of company initiatives and strategies.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in management, business administration or similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in office management or similar administrative role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Technical skills:

                - Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).

                - Financial management and budgeting skills.

  • Linguistic skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean.
  • Interpersonal skills:

                - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

                - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
