Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring an efficient and harmonious working environment. This role involves overseeing administrative operations, coordinating staff activities, and supporting local teams.
Main responsibilities:
1. Administrative management:
- Supervision of daily administrative tasks, including mail management, file maintenance and database updates.
- Coordination with suppliers and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
2. Staff Support:
- Assist employees with administrative and logistical needs.
- Organization of business travel and management of hotel and transport reservations.
3. Logistical needs:
- Receive goods, check conformity and quantity and report any anomalies
- Place orders, store goods and tidy up storage areas
3. Event Coordination:
- Planning and organization of internal and external meetings
4. Human Resources Management:
- Assistance in the recruitment process, including preparing job offers and coordinating interviews.
- Management of new arrivals (onboarding)
5. Financial supervision:
- Management of office expenses and monitoring of budgets.
- Preparation of financial reports and coordination with accounting department.
6. Project support:
- Assistance to project teams in coordinating activities and managing deadlines.
- Participation in the implementation of company initiatives and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in management, business administration or similar field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in office management or similar administrative role, preferably in an international environment.
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Linguistic skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
