Position: Operator
[Job Responsibilities]
Work is done with computer, phone, and email.
· Preparing quotes
· Arranging travel services (transportation, accommodations, activities)
· Processing reservations (transportation, accommodations, activities)
Note: No direct communication with clients. Most internal communication is conducted in English.
[Mandatory Requirements]
· Korean native speaker (Korean national)
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Comfortable with communication in English
[Preferred Qualifications]
· Experience as an inbound travel agency operator
[Working Conditions]
· Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM)
· Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
· Location: Hongdae Station, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
· Salary: KRW 2,600,000 per month (KRW 2,400,000 during a 3-month probation period). Negotiable based on career.
