ASIANCE - HR/GA Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

HR/GA Generalist in Asiance :

  • Full-cycle recruitment and selection
 (Dashboard management, Job Postings, Resume Screening, Interview Coordination, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and internal HR policies
  • Manage and report HR-related data
  • Plan and execute internal communications and organization culture events
  • Manage HR blog and create engaging content 
  • Support the operation and management of HR management (Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit etc.)
  • Oversee office environment and facility management
  • Handle supplement and inventory of office supplies and assets

 

Qualification

Qualification:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in business-level English
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with the documentation and data management abilities
  • Proactive and responsible with a positive mindset

 

Preferred Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and other productivity tools
