ASIANCE - HR/GA Generalist
Roles and Responsibilities
HR/GA Generalist in Asiance :
- Full-cycle recruitment and selection (Dashboard management, Job Postings, Resume Screening, Interview Coordination, etc.)
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and internal HR policies
- Manage and report HR-related data
- Plan and execute internal communications and organization culture events
- Manage HR blog and create engaging content
- Support the operation and management of HR management (Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit etc.)
- Oversee office environment and facility management
- Handle supplement and inventory of office supplies and assets
Qualification
Qualification:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in business-level English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with the documentation and data management abilities
- Proactive and responsible with a positive mindset
Preferred Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and other productivity tools
