Special Reception with Korean Prime Minister

Register for a special reception on December 11th with Korean Prime Minister, Mr. Han Duck-Soo, jointly organized by FKCCI and KGCCI!

We are delighted to invite you to our special reception, building upon the success of last year's event with Korean Prime Minister Mr. HAN Duck-Soo. As we are passing the midpoint of President YOON Suk-Yeol's term, Prime Minister Han Duck-Soo will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the progress made in economic policy, foreign investment sentiment, and the overall standing of Asia’s 4th largest economy.  

Centered around the theme “Economic Policy and Vision of the New Government for 2025”, our esteemed guest of honor, will share tangible advancements in the government's economic policies. This event is an exceptional opportunity to gain insights into the government's long-term vision and to understand the key measures that will shape the country's economic policy.  

Additionally, the reception will feature an interactive panel discussion on the topic of "Challenges of German and French Companies in Korea". Distinguished representatives from French and German companies, who are either investing or reinvesting in South Korea, will gather to discuss obstacles faced by the business community in the region.

MAIN SPEAKER

Mr. Han Duck-Soo is considered a preeminent trade expert and has served nearly four decades under different administrations of four different presidents. In addition to serving as a prime minister once before under Roh Moo-Hyun, he has held positions such as deputy prime minister, Blue House senior presidential secretary, and South Korean ambassador to the US. Since May 20, 2022, he serves again as Prime minister under Yoon Suk-Yeol presidency.
