CONTENTS
Winning Negotiation program uses realistic role playing and case studies to introduce a negotiation framework, key concepts and ready-to-use tactics in law schools. It not only assists organization to increase their sales and margins to reduce the cost and to get better agreements, but also introduces the non-zero-sum approch which is useful to solve conflicts inside a team and to nurture long-lasting relationship with business partners.

Juliana Lee(이지윤) is an award-winning communication consultant. She is a recognized expert in Presentation and Speech, Intercultural Communication, Negotiation and Corporate Communication (PR). As a startup mentor, she works closely with startups to support their pitch and business strategy. For the last 17 years, she has delivered training, consulting, and coaching to more than 400 clients including many prestigious conglomerates in Forbes Global 2000. She is a published author of more than 30 books on business communication. At the national broadcasting network EBS, she was a presenter of several TV programs and a host of radio shows.
