Create Your Team's Turning Point in 4 Hours with FKCCI & KGCCI's next Training Thursday on October 24th!

-

On Friday, October 24, the FKCCI (French Korean Chamber of Commerce & Industry) and KGCCI (Korean-German Chamber of Commerce & Industry) cordially invite you to [HRD Training Thursday] Team Building Workshop with Dale Carnegie to be held as follows.

Workshop Program Content

          I. Problem Identification

What is my role?

Many people who work hard but don't get their efforts recognized often face this issue because their job roles are not well-defined.

What does it mean to perform well in our team?

Most conflicts and inefficiencies within a team stem from differences in how "good performance" is evaluated. To facilitate clear communication from leaders and create mutual understanding among team members, creating a team job performance description can offer valuable insight.

Is our team engaging in the right kind of cooperation?

Team collaboration isn't just based on a positive atmosphere or individual goodwill. Effective cooperation stems from a clear understanding of goals and an efficient team process to achieve them. This workshop aims to revitalize such collaborative processes.

          II. Workshop Methodology

1. Aligning Organizational Performance with Individual Roles

Through facilitation by an expert instructor, participants will examine whether their individual tasks are properly aligned with the team's performance goals.

Discussions will focus on team goals and mission, clear job definitions, key performance areas, and performance standards to explore ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's work processes.

2. Creating and Utilizing the Team Job Performance File

Participants will work together to create a team job performance description, which serves as the main output of the workshop.

Rather than creating documentation for its own sake, the workshop will develop a clear format that provides a comprehensive view of the team's key tasks and performance. This document will also serve as a foundation for feedback and performance coaching.

III. Expected Outcomes – A 4-hour team turning point

  1. Understand the concept and importance of job definitions and establish clear job roles.
  2. Apply techniques to shift the team’s work paradigm from being task-oriented to performance-oriented.
  3. Clearly define performance areas and standards for both individuals and the team, maximizing team synergy.
  4. Develop a team job performance file and use it to enhance mutual feedback and collaboration levels.
