Meet the Expert

David M. Sluss, Ph.D., is a Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School. He specializes in leadership development, focusing on how professionals build adaptive leadership capabilities through productive relationships. He serves as the Chaired Professor of Innovations and Services (2022–2024) and the Academic Director of the Global MBA at ESSEC. His research, featured in leading journals, explores relational identity and leader transitions across various industries
