Personal Information Collection
1. Collection of Information
The French Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereafter referred to as “FKCCI”) collects the following personal information from candidates.
(1) Required Information
- Name, Nationality, Languages, Highest Education Attained, Country of Residence, E-mail, Sector Interests, Years of Experience, Curriculum Vitae
(2) Optional Information
- Visa Information, Phone Number, Current/Recent Position Held, Desired Job title, Education Details, Experience Details, Cover Letter
2. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
The FKCCI collects, uses, and processes the personal information for the following purposes:
(1) Support candidates to find a job
(2) Match relevant skills, experience, and qualifications with job vacancies
(3) Share applications with FKCCI’s members
3. Period of Retention
The FKCCI retains the aforementioned information for the period of three years.
4. Rejection of Personal Information Collection
If the candidate refuses to have his/her personal information collected, it will be deleted.
Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
1. Provision of Personal Information
The FKCCI does not provide candidates’ personal information to any third party without consent from the candidates.
2. Third Parties
The FKCCI may provide the following personal information to FKCCI members listed at https://www.fkcci.com/adhesion/trouver-un-membre.html.
(1) Required Information
- Name, Nationality, Languages, Highest Education Attained, Country of Residence, E-mail, Sector Interests, Years of Experience, Curriculum Vitae

3. Purpose of Sharing Personal Information
The FKCCI shares the personal information to the third parties mentioned above for the following purposes:
(1) Share candidates’ application with FKCCI memebers
(2) Support candidates to find a job
4. Rejection of Personal Information Provision
If the candidate refuses to have his/her personal information shared, it will be deleted from the database.
