Sofitel Celebrates a Blooming Family Month with a Global Limited- Croissant
2025년 4월 23일 (서울) = French luxury hotel brand Sofitel unveils a limited-edition collection of La Haute Croissanterie, marking the beginning of a global series to be released regularly. Each edition will explore a unique theme while celebrating the elegance and craftsmanship of traditional croissant making. This debut collection features Sofitel’s signature elevated croissants, available at seven properties worldwide, including Sofitel Ambassador Seoul, which presents the exclusive 'Seoul Bom Blush' croissant in celebration of Family Month.

Inspired by the beauty of spring in Seoul, the 'Seoul Bom Blush' croissant is a one-of-a-kind creation by Sofitel Ambassador Seoul’s Pastry Chef, Hyunho Lim. As one of 7 ambassador chefs globally, he leads chef training and supports recipe development across the 11 other Sofitel hotels in South East Asia. Through hands-on guidance and creative collaboration, he helps shape a new standard for locally inspired croissants worldwide.
Chef Lim infuses cherry blossom essence into the buttery layers of this French classic, reimagining South Korea’s cherry blossoms as a refined gastronomic experience. Sculpted to resemble delicate petals in full bloom, the croissant features a crisp, golden crust filled with cherry blossom whipped ganache and vibrant raspberry gel. Pushing the artistry of pastry-making into new realms, travellers and locals alike can discover the flavours of Seoul through this deliciously floral croissant in Sofitel Seoul’s Gourmet Café Jardin d'Hiver from May 1 to 30.
Additionally, to celebrate the launch and share the flavor journey of La Haute Croissanterie, Jardin d’Hiver will offer a complimentary Seoul Bom Blush to the first 30 guests on the hotel’s 6th floor.

The 'Seoul Bom Blush' forms part of a wider limited-edition collection that has been launched globally by Sofitel, La Haute Croissanterie blossoms. Drawing inspiration from the timeless floral artistry of French luxury hospitality, the collection marks Sofitel’s very first limited-release collection, turning croissants into a gastronomic adventure where guests can experience local culture like never before. Travelers and locals alike can indulge in croissants at other Sofitel locations including Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera (The Verbena Breeze), Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial (The Zesty Orange Blossom), Dubai The Palm (The Floral Saffron), Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour (The Citrus Fleur), Sofitel Mexico City Reforma (The Dalia Rouge), and Sofitel Cotonou Marina Hotel and Spa (The Wild Hibiscus).
