Celebrating Excellence: The 5th Grand Prix V.I.E Ceremony Honors Young French Professionals in Korea
Yesterday, on May 22nd, the FKCCI co-organized the 5th edition of the Grand Prix V.I.E ceremony held at the French Embassy to Korea in Seoul, in the presence of H.E. Mr. Philippe Bertoux, French Ambassador to Korea, Mr. Francois Jackow, Chairman of the France-Korea Business Council of MEDEF International and CEO at Air Liquide, along with other founding members of the award, Mr. Pascal Robin, President of CCE Korea and Business France Korea.
This award brings together young French professionals every year, aiming to celebrate their success on international assignments in Korea through the VIE (Enterprise) or VIA (Administration) program - a unique opportunity for individuals under 29 to work for a French company based abroad. Among remarkable achievements recognized, Alexia Boury from Laboratoire Science et Nature, a member of FKCCI’s Business Center, won the Grand Prix V.I.E award.
Mr. David-Pierre Jalicon, Chairman of FKCCI, addressed the audience, encouraging companies and young talents, and emphasizing the FKCCI’s role as a key partner offering practical solutions to companies that do not yet have a legal entity in the country. FKCCI provides companies with a wide array of corporate services, from portage salarial to office rental, and currently hosts 41 companies in its Business Center.
“Like those at FKCCI’s Business Center, the VIEs bring their skills and dynamism to our companies, forging solid links with our Korean counterparts, sharing values, identities, cultures, and innovative projects that arouse interest and respect, fostering close ties,” Mr. David-Pierre Jalicon, Chairman of FKCCI said during his remarks.
