Bluebell & LBG chairman Daniel Mayran named Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres

On May 26, the French Ministry of Culture awarded Daniel Mayran, the founder and chairman of Luxury Business Group and Bluebell Korea, with the Order of Arts and Letters (Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres). This prestigious Order, which has three grades (Commandeur, Officier, and Chevalier), recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the enrichment of French and global cultural heritage. Typically, it is bestowed upon individuals working in the arts and cultural fields.

Daniel Mayran has been passionately involved in implementing Mecenat initiatives to promote cultural and artistic activities in both Korea and France since his arrival in Korea in 2002 as CEO of Bluebell Korea. Additionally this medal recognizes his exceptional contribution to the establishment of Luxury Business Group (LBG), which has played a leading role in training, human resources development, and strategic consulting in the luxury sector. It is worth noting that it is quite uncommon for an entrepreneur to receive such recognition.

Daniel Mayran has frequently emphasized the value of art and culture, stating, "True luxury is not solely about selling expensive goods, but rather about creating a series of integrated and unique experiences characterized by sophistication and delicacy. Therefore, storytelling, art, and cultural elements are essential to a brand's competitiveness and sustainability.
